These terms cover your use of First Seek, the iPhone app that keeps your chosen apps closed until you take a couple of minutes to pray. By downloading or using First Seek, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
using the app
Acceptable use
First Seek includes a community — a prayer wall, posts, and chat where people pray together. To keep it a good place, you agree not to:
- post anything illegal, or use the app for any unlawful purpose;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other people, or post hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content;
- spam, advertise, or share content that is not yours to share;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security of the app or its services.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict access when it breaks these rules.
the app itself
Provided “as is”
First Seek is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the app dependable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, First Seek is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
ownership
Intellectual property
The app, its name, its design, and its content (other than what you create) belong to First Seek and are protected by intellectual property laws. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the app; you do not get the right to copy, resell, or redistribute it. The content you post stays yours — you simply grant us permission to store and display it so the app can work.
payments
Subscriptions
Where First Seek offers a paid subscription, it is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple and also governed by Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone’s subscription settings.
ending it
Account termination
You can end your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, the right to use the app ends with it.
changes & contact
Updates and how to reach us
We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will revise this page and the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can go to support@firstseek.app.
